The objective of this project in my Future of Shopping course was to develop a comprehensive social media strategy for an existing brand. Our goal was to identify effective methods to increase sales revenue while enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. By leveraging Instagram’s platform and audience, Milk Makeup can successfully achieve these objectives.
